Our Head Chef, Majid Bourote, has been working with us for over 14 years. His passion for using the finest, seasonally inspired ingredients available, combining delicate flavours and textures to produce a range of exciting, beautifully presented dishes has resulted in us being awarded 2AA Rosettes and several other accolades including winning the “Best Hotel Restaurant in Essex” Award in 2009.
Restaurant Manager Michael Lloyd Hughes has been at the hotel for over 9 years now and, together with his team, delivers a smooth, unobtrusive service complementing both the food and the beautiful setting.
