TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL
Assistance animals are welcome at the hotel.  Unfortunately pets are not accepted in the hotel or allowed in the hotel grounds. Our maximum occupancy per room is 3 guests including children.  Reservations can only be accepted from guests over the age of 18 years of age.
Dress Code
Guests are asked to wear Smart-casual attire when visiting the Restaurant.  
It is not permitted to wear Night Wear / Pyjamas / Dressing Gowns in the Restaurant, Lounge or Conservatory at any time.

BEDROOM RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that cancellations or changes must be notified to us 24 hours prior to the arrival date. Cancellations or changes made later than this will be charged for in full. Shortening of stays will be charged with a one nights charge should you reduce the booking by 1 - 5 days and a two nights charge will apply should you reduce the booking by more than 10 days. Advance purchase rates are payable, in full, at the time of booking.  No refunds are offered on these rates in the event of cancellation or postponement.  Rates paid in advance are non-transferable.

Pre-Authorisation
Upon your arrival we will ask for a pre-authorisation on your credit or debit card to cover the cost of your stay plus an amount to cover any additional charges you may incur (restaurant/bar charges etc.)  If you would prefer not to leave a pre-authorisation full payment will be taken at the time of check-in.  Any additional charges can then be paid as incurred.  Please be advised that pre-authorisations taken on a debit card can take up to 10 days to be cleared by your bank. If you have pre-paid your accommodation by credit card you are required to show the credit card used to make the pre-payment, together with  photo identification, prior to check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
I.D.
Upon arrival we may request to see personal  identification for all guests checking in to the hotel, including children.  Accepted I.D. would include a valid Driving License or Passport.

Children & Extra Beds

• All children are welcome.
• One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
• All children under 2 years are charged GBP £20.00 per night for children's cots/cribs.
• All children under 12 years are charged GBP £20.00 per night for extra beds.
• All further older children or adults are charged GBP £20.00 per night for extra beds.
• The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
