When you request a brochure, we ask you for your name, address, email address, company name, industry sector, telephone number and meeting details.
Why do we collect this information?
We will use your information to send you a proposal for the meeting and availability confirmation.
You consent to this by completing our online "Make a Meeting Enquiry" form. We will only send you one email.
What do we do with your information?
Your information is stored in our database and is not shared with any third parties. It is not sent outside of the UK. We will not use the information to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
How long will we keep your information for?
Your information is kept for no longer than one month after your request is received, unless your enquiry converts in to a confirmed booking within this time.
Your rights over your information
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
You can also ask for it to be erased and you can ask for us to give you a copy of the information.
